mahjong sanctuary won't load

Mahjohng Sanctuary won't load - hasn't done for 2 or 3 days now. Why?

    Hey there, @sniffsmum. I'm just checking in. How did the troubleshooting go?

    If you're still having issues, another thing to try if you're a Chrome or Edge user, is to check to see if your features have been disabled due to out of date drivers. You can check this, and do the troubleshooting for it, by following the instructions in the link below:

It goes to a blank screen when you select play. I am using Bing.

    To help track this down, can you try the information from the link in the Accepted Solution? As Bing is the search engine for Microsoft Edge, this issue may apply to you.

        I have done everything to try and get Mahjong Sanctuary to load . The screen just stays blank. Why  ????
