Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

We know all about cleaning and such. It was happening to all of us. The game was not working right.

- Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

Just a suggestion, have you tried changing to the traditional tile set if you are not using that one? I think that has helped some players, not sure why!

@EA_Illium the credit was never given for the day that the game would not work. I have attached screenshots previously, but I will give more now. Clearly, with so many having this issue, it is the game glitching & not our systems.

Latest edition of Chrome (I've seen others say they've tried ALL the browsers to no avail)
No error message, just the glitch! When in the rain mode, the screen starts flashing towards the end of the game, extra non-matching tiles are given, and there is no way to win. You can see on two of my screenshots where I tried, that it is impossible.
I did contact Customer Service, as was suggested somewhere, and they only refer me back to here. It's an endless loop of no help. :-(
