Fairly new at this game and not yet at the new Chapter 3.
When I logged on, I had no energy that should have been accruing during the night. I did the task that yielded the Microphone & Stand and now it's accruing energy again. Is it possible to get my energy back?
The same thing happened to me this morning, 2/25/25. I last played around 11:00pm using all the energy. I just went in to play at 6:15pm and there was still no energy. Prince someone showed up with a lecturn and microphone but that should not have impacted my energy. Please refund all energy with no play from 11:00pm last night, POGO. If I have to buy energy, I'm not playing.
New Spectator? Pogo, EA you do make it impossible to get any help at all. Send me badge opportunities I obviously don't want as I never use them, but you even change my name on this forum. The heck with you.

Same with me. I played last night and all was fine but this morning I had 0 energy. This was a problem a while back also. Please fix it fast!
Hello! It appears during the recent upgrade to Merge Academy the free energy paused on accumulating. However, once you start playing the game the energy is accumulating again,
At this time there are no notifications of refunding lost energy. However, if this changes I will be sure to update this posting!

Hello! Because a specific username was not selected when you joined EA Forums, it automatically generated a username name for you. However, you can customize your EA profile by selecting MY ACCOUNT on the Pogo website and then select Manage on EA.com.

This seems to happen whenever they do an upgrade. Once you're back in, things seems to start accumulating as they normally do.
EVERY UPDATE THEN MERGAE ACADEMY QUIT GIVING THE ENRGY AND DOESNT REFILL. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.
Me too happened this morning 2/25. Checked after an hour or so and had the big "0" for energy. Be better Pogo!
