Merge Academy - Not Replenishing Energy
what's going on with merge academy not replenishing energy. been doing this for 2 weeks now. pay a membership fee to play games an they don't work. this is crasy.

Community ManagerHey there folks, sorry to hear you're running into this.
Could I ask if you've been making sure to hit the "save and exit" button when finishing up? If not this can lead to your energy not being correct when you return to the game.
If you have then please let us know so I can get this looked into further.
using the save and exit button doesn't make any difference,,,,I've done it several times ,,,still energy does not load when out of the game.....this has been going on since May 5th,,,,over 2 weeks
