Merge Academy complete task button not allowing advance

I am having the same problem but don't know how to contact pogo

Had to contact EA which owns Pogo. They said it is being dealt with but uncertain timeframe.

I’m having the same issue , frustrating , let’s hope it’s fixed soon as I enjoy playing the game 

So disappointed no fix yet. Almost would prefer Pogo state it cannot or will not get done. 

My “complete tasks” button is not working. I’ve cycled through several rounds of tasks without it working. I also cannot advance past level 3 of the 4th room. The gloved hand indicates to click on bubble three, but nothing ever happens. 

the problem I had is I went to purchase coins with gems and right when I clicked on the button I was out of the game, so I report it to EA and they said other people had the same issue to be patient because they are looking for a solution so I have waited at least 2 weeks and now they say go to the forums because we can't help you maybe someone there can

My issue with trying to complete the task is that it shows 2 different amount of gems needed

Then when I click back into the game and click on complete again I get this but it won't complete until I get more gems than needed.

I am having the same issue with completing task in Merge academy and have been having this problem for some time. I have a total of 3898 gems or crystals,whatever you call them and I am still on chapter 2 task 2. I wish pogo would get it fixed. I have reported it several times and i have heard nothing from anyone.
