Merge Academy looks like it updated. Now, my timers reset so I can't get anything from any of the garbage cans. I don't even have any energy (I last played at 8 pm last night) and the timer keeps resetting itself, so I'm not getting any energy at all. I I signed out and signed back in and am still having the same problem. Anyone else? Any suggestions? TIA

I am still having problems with Merge Academy. I don't get any energy unless I clear my history and browsing data. Then I get a momentary reprieve. I just don't understand. Until 1 1/2 weeks ago it worked fine. Now I have to clear my browsing data all the time??? Also, whenever I close my Edge browser, I have to start to process over again. Extremely frustrating and it seems like there is no live chat available at all. I'm not getting the support I think all Pogo users deserve.
It appears to be working as of this morning. Found it extremely funny that one of the daily challenges was for Merge Academy. I’m keeping a close eye on it. Hope it starts working for everyone.
Ughhhh….. I take it all back. At around 2 pm, I had accrued 63 energy points. Now, it’s 8:15, and I only have 30 energies- so I LOST 30 over the course of the day. Sooooo annoyed!!!!! 😑

Icing on the cake….. it’s one of the weekly challenges. How? It’s not working and we’re going on a week! Ridiculous!! I absolutely refuse to spend any money on this! This whole situation is testing my patience. Seriously…,,
I totally agree!! They put as one of the challenges but it's not even working properly. I logged on after 24 hrs and only had 10 energy opposed to the 100 it should have been. Come on Pogo/EA fix the issue!!
Mine is doing the same thing. Items go missing and energy doesn't accrue. I've lost a cape I spent a lot of gems creating among other things. Can anyone help please?
merge academy is acting strange. Keeps resetting items generated and resets to having to wait 4min & some sec after adding just a couple items. Have to wait regularly anyway but this is annoying cause it happens every minute or so. Fix it please.
