All I can tell you is good luck on this issue. No one is going to help you. They are to busy eating donuts and coffee. To do anything for the people that pay to play on this sight. While they pass the buck and make you think that they are actually going to help you. I do want to tell everyone on this site not to use gems to speed up the time. Because you have to wait 24 hours before you can play again on item you speed up the timer. Good luck is all I can tell you. The tech's don't know their jobs and how to fix a problem. All you will get is the run around.
