My Pogo Slots Quest cards are frozen

Good Grief....My Quest card now shows "Coming Soon" and my coin card is locked!

Oh no, @BEETHOVEN111111! Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing? I posted some instructions earlier in the thread. It would help a lot in figuring out what is going on.

Hey there, @iimizdaisyii.

It doesn't appear to have gone through. There's two options to add it to your post:

• Click the Choose File option above the Preview / Submit buttons, which will add it as an attachment link under your post.
  
• Use the Insert/Edit Image button in the post editor, which will add the screenshot as an image in the middle of your post, like I did with this post.

It is over a week since I reported my freeze...surely there is a fix yes?

At the moment, the team is still investigating the issue. However, to help out on your end, does the issue happen on other browsers or devices? For example, if you have a smart phone, does the issue also occur there?

I do not have a sm art phone.

downloaded Micro Edge and it is exactly the same as on Chrome

The Coin slot is showing locked and the Quest cards are stuck at 3. No change
