Payday Freecell Solitaire

Hello,

I have completed the Daily Challenge for Payday Freecell 5 times and have not received credit.  Is there a way to give me the pogis?  It is frustrating when this happens so I appreciate your attention.

    Hi @pkmookie2 Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    Many people in the Chat Room were complaining about completing the challenge and not getting credit so the problem is on your end.

    @pkmookie2 Thanks for this additional information, to confirm where you able to try any of the troubleshooting above to see if anything changed? If it did not would we be able to get the requested information above?
