Pogo - Free Gems granted to my account

I had a message that I was being given gems back. The gems I was given do not belong to me, please research and return gems to right person and take them away from me. I think it was around 900 gems showing in my account. Not mine!

    Dear Valued Players,

    As some of you may be aware, we experienced an issue with our recent gem distribution where a larger-than-intended amount of gems was granted to our Club Pogo players. This occurred as we were working to compensate for recent game disruptions, and an error in our granting system, which led to the overage.

    We have corrected the issue and all impacted players should now have the correct amount of gems, including the intended 50 gem make-good for the inconvenience caused. We are also implementing additional safeguards to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

    We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • @anon215273 All Pogo did is incense their members. I once suggested they give a '1 time' gem package to the people who earned tokens. They could have gained such good will and now it is just the opposite. Makes me sick to my stomach.

    @EmpressPlacidia Excellent post - Pogo seems t have little regard for us - the paying members. We have all gotten shafted on a challenge or a daily game. AND, what about the tokens we earned years ago?

    Me too! So frustrating! I actually purchased mine and then they took away all but 6 gems! I had to purchase again. Pure BS

    With the update above I will now be locking this thread, to help keep our boards clean and organized. 

    If you are running into an issue with your Billing (Pogo Subscription), or Purchasing Gems please reach out to our support with the steps below:

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Pogo
    3. Select the "See all help topics"
    4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary

    If you are missing more than the Gems that were unintendedly added to your account, please create a new post on our forums (You can click HERE) and let us know more about what you might be running into, be sure to include the following:

     

    • Screenname:
    • What issue are you running into?
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...

  • Hi, I don't know what happened with the gems...I did receive lots of gems that weren't mine, so you took them away. NOW I am 600+ gems short of my original amount. Please correct this.

  • All of my gems were never recovered after the fiasco with merge academy.....had 171  you only gave me back 41...

  • FOR LAST 2 YEARS  I PAID FOR A WHOLE YEAR  AND WAS NOT GIVEN MY GEMS AND EA OR POGO WILL NOT GET BACK TO ME  I WOUNDER HOW MANY PEOPLE POGO HAS DONE THIS TOO I HOPE I DO NOT WANT TO THE BBB SITE AND SEE  IF ANYONE ELSE HAD TO
