Community ManagerSorry to hear you're having issues with your account, you shouldn't have to create a new account there may just be an issue logging in on your main account.
Sadly we can't help with account issues directly here on the forum, but if you follow this link here Manage my Pogo Account you can can get in touch with EA Support via Chat or Email and they will be able to look into this for you and get you sorted.
