pogo daily sudoku has many problems

Issues are: 1) The audio indicates the game screen has loaded but the video still shows the calendar, 2) you select a number and then click on a tile and nothing happens, 3) the calendar image stays ...

    Hi @anon731204 

      

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

@EA_Illium This solution doesn't work. Can EA address this problem? Its been going on now for a few weeks! Its not a user issue.
