Pogo Mahjong Garden HD won't load

You really need to fix what ever is wrong with Mahjong Garden HD. It never wants to load. I have complained about this before and the problem still has not been fixed.This is one of my favorite games to play and it never loads. Can you please the problem once and for all. I have been trying to get this game to load for the last 2 hours. This is unreal that you do not read or listen to your members. I have cleared the cookies and the cache and still nothing is working. Please fix the problem. I am sick of asking. twohig76

    Hey there, @chalet318.

    Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves loading for you.

    • Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load.
    • If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
    • If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Mahjong Garden HD, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your macOS System Report? If you can attach it as a PDF file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

    Which browser are you using? I read on the forums that some people who were having issues with loading tried Edge and it worked.  I use Chrome and have no issues at all. 

    I would suggest running a compatibility scan and posting the results here so that those can help see your computer information.

    I use IMAC Computer using

    safari browser Mahjong HD the only game we play on my 2 accounts with pogo his and her using it.  I need you to resolve this and let me know do I need to do or else I terminate both my two accounts. Please message me or resolve this problem as soon as possible;

    Mahjong Garden HD has not loaded for over a year...

    it says its reloading game process.....
