Pogo Renewal Gems

I have been trying to report a bug for 3 weeks and no one bothers to do anything.I have been on this platform since 2002. I try to purchase gems on pogo and I get a constant message that there is a problem with my account and cannot complete transaction. I am seeing more people with transaction problems now. May when they figure out they are losing money someone can address the problem.

I believe there may be some delays in updating accounts. Unfortunately, this issue has impacted a lot of players. Pogo_Sconnie shared some information about it on our Pogo Blog. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, I know our gems are very important 😊
