Pogo Renewal Gems
I have updated and renewed my membership for pogo. I renewed on 12th Feb 2025 and have not received any of my club bonuses. For some reason my change of card details did not get picked up and 1 received a message to say there was a payment issue. I went into my account and the request was being charged on my old card details, I had changed my card details to the new card and made it my preferred payment option, and had been buying gems with no problem at all. I have been going around the houses to try and get this sorted, any help would be appreciated
