Pogo Slots - Grant's Garden - Lost Power-Ups

I was playing Pogo Slots, specifically Grant's Garden, for about 15 minutes when a pop-up error appeared. It stated that there was a problem and that Grant's Garden needed to be closed and reopened to continue playing. The message also mentioned that all of my information and Power-Ups would be saved. At that time, I had 33 Power-Ups for each type. Now the Butterfly has 1, I am missing 32 Butterfly Power-Ups. It cost me 480 Gems to get those butterflies. If I were thinking correctly, I would have taken a screenshot.  Thank You ModemGql
