There is a post marked as solution in that thread but it is specifically to bring attention to that post which contains some troubleshooting steps to help us rule out any technical issues with your own PC.
We have also brought this to the Pogo team's attention and will update when we learn more.
This is the most confusing forum board I have ever been apart of, but thank you for a reply that isn't just showing us the same trouble-shooting that isn't making a difference. Bingo on Pogo has been my coping mechanism since Luau Bingo when I was a child and it's just so frustrating that my place to zone out has been broken for a week.
