Problem playing Jungle Gin

I purchased a Jungle Gin game challenge to underknock my opponent 14 times in 3 weeks. In the 1st game, the opponent knocked first but I won. This happened a few times. When the game ended I only won 2 underknocks. I figured out that I needed to be the one to underknock first. I did this a whole bunch of times. When the game ended I did not get credit for any underknocks in the 2nd game. Something is wrong and I need to report this so it can be fixed.

I purchased a challenge for Jungle Gin and the goal was to underknock my opponent 14 times in 3 weeks.  Today, 8/25/2023 at 8:15 pm, I was playing my 1st game.  At first, when the opponent underknocked, I ended up winning that hand and several others.  At the end of the game, I only got credit for 2 underknocks, so I realized that maybe I'm the one that needs to underknock first in order to get credit.  So in the 2nd game, I made sure I underknocked first.  When the game was over I did not get any credit for the many underknocks I made.  So, I logged out of the game and then logged back in again and there was no change in my score.  In the past, I have had this same problem but in other games and after a couple minutes I would log back in and it showed that I had won the game.  This time it did not do that.  There is a problem and someone needs to fix it.  It is very frustrating to spend time working through a game and you know that you accomplished the goal but you aren't getting credit for the results. I do have a DELL PC.  my user name is Babydoll19551GD.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screename:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

  • the pointer that moves the cards is not working, the cards jump ,  they should move smoothly.  played other games no problem    just Jungle Gin.  thank you   catlover 1321

    cards do not move smoothly,  they jump  only with Junegle Gin.  no problem with other games.  thank you,   catlover1321

    the pointer move the card very jumpy   I pick the proper place instead  the pointer move them very jumpy.    also  some [players are counting cards.  I know for I have played this game for many  years and then I could have let the person I am playing I know what they are doing.  what is solution to both problems ??

  • I tried the fix, and no difference.

    I have earned this badge twice over, but will not get credit for it, therefore i will not be able to complete the entire challenge.
