Problem playing Jungle Gin
I purchased a Jungle Gin game challenge to underknock my opponent 14 times in 3 weeks. In the 1st game, the opponent knocked first but I won. This happened a few times. When the game ended I only won 2 underknocks. I figured out that I needed to be the one to underknock first. I did this a whole bunch of times. When the game ended I did not get credit for any underknocks in the 2nd game. Something is wrong and I need to report this so it can be fixed.
I purchased a challenge for Jungle Gin and the goal was to underknock my opponent 14 times in 3 weeks. Today, 8/25/2023 at 8:15 pm, I was playing my 1st game. At first, when the opponent underknocked, I ended up winning that hand and several others. At the end of the game, I only got credit for 2 underknocks, so I realized that maybe I'm the one that needs to underknock first in order to get credit. So in the 2nd game, I made sure I underknocked first. When the game was over I did not get any credit for the many underknocks I made. So, I logged out of the game and then logged back in again and there was no change in my score. In the past, I have had this same problem but in other games and after a couple minutes I would log back in and it showed that I had won the game. This time it did not do that. There is a problem and someone needs to fix it. It is very frustrating to spend time working through a game and you know that you accomplished the goal but you aren't getting credit for the results. Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
