Purchase of Gems

I have not been able to purchase gems for the last month.  My acct is current, my payment info is up to date, so I have no idea why I can't purchase gems.  Amy help or ideas as to why would be greatly appreciated.

    Can we try the following first, 

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    If you continue getting the message, we may be unable to compelte the purchase. I would first check with your bank that the order is not being blocked. 

    If not you may want to reach out to one of our advisors to take a look.

  • Yes.  It just keeps saying something like error during transaction or something like that.  Has been so long since I have been able to play some of my games, as I use gems for them and can't purchase them.

  • thank you for your reply - however, I have restarted my computer and recently moved my modem and router, in the same room, and after setting things back up, everything else is working fine, and the move of the items was after I was not able to receive the purchase of gems. I have cleaned, defragged, my system is set on "automatic" for updates to my system.  But I pulled out my tablet the other day and guess what, I can't purchase gems using my tablet, so it is not the operating system on my computer, and shutting it down, turning it back on, all of that did not make any difference in me being able to purchase gems.  So, any other ideas????  Why be a member of pogo, after 14 years or so, however long you have been around, if I can't play the games I want to!

    EXACTLY!! At least I know now after several days it's not just me. Crazy, you'd think they would fix the problem!

  • It has now been a month since I made my post, and I was having the trouble for almost a month before I wrote my first message.  So, for 2 months now I have not been able to purchase Gens.  I normally spend about $30.00 a month on Gens - so you would think having a member spending that amount each month, they would want to get the issue fixed.  But I miss playing my favorite games on here, which are the ones I use the Gems on.  Still playing other games, just not enjoying the site right now.  

  • I have had this problem for almost 2 months and pogo-AE do not seem to want to fix the problem. I guess users are just not worth their attention any more.
