Purchase of Gems
I have not been able to purchase gems for the last month. My acct is current, my payment info is up to date, so I have no idea why I can't purchase gems. Amy help or ideas as to why would be greatly appreciated.
Can we try the following first,
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
If you continue getting the message, we may be unable to compelte the purchase. I would first check with your bank that the order is not being blocked.
If not you may want to reach out to one of our advisors to take a look.
