I bought both Cat in the hat collections. Played several of the games then went to play the next day and they were all greyed out and I would have to buy again? I chated with someone and he would look into it for me. Still not fixed. I am upset being on a fixed income that was a lot of gems for those two collections. I want them back or a refund on the games I haven't played. Sorry your going thru the same thing. Sweetbisquit18
