I having been having this black screen problems for weeks now cant play and of the challenges. I tried everything its got nothing to do with my computer cause i can log into my sisters account and play Quinn's on her account. can you plz fix its one of the games i enjoy playing. I also had my kids try with no luck but can play on other accounts. Thx and Merry Christmas
