Let me rephrase this. I have played old events (pogo old albums) and not received credit for playing them. Is this just a glitch or is it because they are old events? Thank you.

Hey @mommydebsbaby Thanks for the additional information, I am not currently aware of a glitch or bug that should cause this.
If possible can you go through the above steps, as well as try your browser's incognito mode to see if playing through starts providing credit. If not would you be able to provide the requested information:
- A Screenshot or video clip
- The device and browser you are using
- DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device
This will allow us to share this information with our team so they can be aware of the issue.
