Re: Mahjong Garden won't load!

Have the problem of Mahjong Garden stop loading at 85% for a number of days using Safari on MacBook Air, using  Mozilla Firefox & Chrome on Dell computer. Followed suggestions to clear cache etc. but problem still exists. The game does load using Edge browser on the Dell computer. The game did previously load using all browsers and computers but stopped loading as stated. Have been following forums on Pogo but have not seen any solution to this problem and it does not appear to affect all users, It is frustrating since it appears to be affecting a number of users,

    @vbingo6 . Yes this is very frustrating.  Approximately 30 players have reported the 85% loading failure of the Mahjong Garden HD game at the Answers HQ forum since it first started in June 2019 after the release of the HD version. This problem became clearly worse in December and this trend is continuing into January although not as bad as last month.

    I did a review of all the posts I could find about this 85% loading failure phenomenon, and I documented my findings in a post added on January 22.  My intention was to post this information so that the EA Pogo team could review it. Unfortunately, I was not able to identify a probably cause for this problem, such as browser used, operating system used, or playing at Classic Pogo vs Early Access Pogo pages, mostly because of limited information provided on these details.

    YOUR comment and comments from a few other players are revealing a growing pattern that Microsoft Edge loads the game fully for those having loading failures with Firefox, Chrome and Safari.  I am giving you recognition (in the form of an XP point at your comment) for providing the details about the 4 major browsers you used and the computers used. That kind of detailed post is what is needed to one day identify the cause of this growing problem.  If other people reporting this problem included that much information, there might be a better understanding of the cause now.  

    This problem is confusing to understand at the moment, because it does not affect everyone and there does not seem to be any common factor among people having this 85% loading failure.  More information is needed to determine if people using Edge are having this problem also.  So far I have not seen any reports of this problem occurring while using Edge.  

    I am now making a suggestion to people having this 85% loading failure with the Mahjong Garden HD game. Try using the Edge browser if you have Windows on your computer if another browser fails to load this game.  Also let us know if this recommendation helped. 

  • @cafedelon I have the same problem and I have tried all the browsers and they all have failed including edge. teammojo7
  • I  too was having the same problem as everyone else only loading to 85%. I tried 6 different browsers double checked all my computer and browser settings and all were ok. So I finally downloaded opera browser and after I got it all set up for allowing pogo,etc.,etc. went in and it actually played the game. So possibly this could help some of you that have the same problem.
