Re: Solitaire Home Story

Recently the Solitare Home game on Pogo crashes trying to start playing the game on my iPad (8th gen).  It works on an iPad Pro.  Both are on the same iPadOS version (18.1.1).  Don't understand how a browser game would not work on both the same.  Support suggested posting here but I am not very hopeful

Since you changed the Halloween theme in "solitary home story" it has glitches. Freezes, stops, comes up with sad face etc unplayable. Other games seem fine

It doesn't work on my Windows 11 or Android phone since last week.

Solitaire Home Story not loading ! I have lost so much free play , It’s not my ipad, all other games work! 
What should I do ? How long till you can fix the problem?

pop iy bingo nerge and home soiliter dont work

On pogo solitaire home story when they updated the game once the page opens it has spinning blue flower thing that says tap to continue , but the scree is frozen on the image and does not let you click anything. So for 5 days now I cannot play. Once a day the daily collections pops up I can collect that and play a game until I win then the screen is unclickable. So everyday I am missing spins, collecting and playing. This also happened in August and I had that issue for 72 days before one day I checked and it worked. 

I have been having issues since the Halloween thing was changed.  So about a month and a few days of not playing now.  I play on an iPhone 11.  I am missing a lot in this game because of this.  I thought I was the only one dealing with this until I put it on the pogo forum.  You really need to get on this because a lot of us are frustrated with it.

My game won't load. I've tried for 2 days now at different times of the day and nothing. Please help.

I'm having the same issues as BIBBD3577TS had the problem in August, it went away in early November, but returned with the winter event.

Sorry to hear you're running into loading issues with Solitaire Home Story.

Could you let us know whether you're playing on PC or mobile device?

If on PC could you let us know what browser you use and if you've tried on a different browser.

Playing on PC's, multiple PC's with multiple different browsers (edge, firefox, chrome) the issue follows me across all devices. My partner can get on the same computer that I just exited and log into home story and play just fine.

Web site continues to crash.

I can't play Home Story Solitaire either. It not only shuts down the game, it takes me completely out of Pogo. I've played it before just fine, so not sure what happened. It's been like this since it came out as one of the 18 daily challenges.

Mobile device and windows 11. I've tried all the tips and tricks. Still won't load or will load and then immediately crash. 

I did a free trial on my old email and was able to get the season pass for a deal and compete it in 4 days! However my regular account has not loaded correctly since the summer pass except for two weeks in October before the Halloween pass. I opted not to keep the trial subscription because I would lose all my standings in the other games. I won't be renewing in February either because with this game being in all the event challenges and many daily and weekly challenges it's just too frustrating to be left out. I really wish you could reset the game because I think it would get rid of the BUG in this game. I know as long as most people spend $$ on this game the rest of us that can't play don't matter.

Playing on my iPad, it’s impossible for me to load this game. All challenges CAN NOT be done. Hope you can resolve this
