Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

 

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

  • Device Make/Model:
  • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
  • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    I have cleared cache, rebooted, and I can't get past loading.  Have tried all day.  Is there a problem?  Is it because I'm past a level that you have not yet programmed for?

    @cryding I had done all the cache, rebooted and I can't get pass loading. Also tried Google, Firefox and they want me to join for a fee.

    I have done all the suggested steps and the game is still frozen with a blue burst on the screen. Why are you still using challenges for this game, when many cannot participate. The game should be put on hold until everything and everyone is cleared and able to play.

    I have done all the steps you listed and cannot get into it for 3 days now. it's just spinning rays of light and asking tap to continue which doesn't work no matter where I tap
