Re: Trizzle freezing on the first move

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

 

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

  • Device Make/Model:
  • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
  • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

  • The issue is not the tutorial itself (I get the box and can uncheck to turn the tutorial off every time). It's the first time you play on a new computer it still wants to walk you through the tutorial (even though you have unchecked to have to run every time). It seems like it happens on the second move - no matter what you do.

    This is NOT my computer nor is it my browser or the internet connection. This is happening to lots of people and it can be duplicated at will.

    I am still having a problem.  It's been over a month that it's broken

  • Can you please fix this issue?  This has been going on for a while looking at the thread. New computer so it isn't my computer. Ready to leave the paid membership again after a month.

  • I am having a problem with Trizzle in the current celebration event. 

    • Screenname: cwgrl83304
    • Device Make/Model: OMEN by HP 17T-CK200,
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used: all web browsers have been attempted. I am able to make 1 move then the screen freezes. 
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it) no error message just freezes. 

    I have cleared my cache, tried private mode and continue to get the same error. 

  • I have try all of these step on both my new pho and my new pad and solutions does not fix problem THE FIX IS ON YOUR END

    • Device Make/Model: MacBook Air, Apple M3, Sonoma 14.6.1
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used: Chrome 131.0.6778.109
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it) No Error message, just a frozen screen.

      My biggest issue is that I can't complete the holiday event because I can't play trizzle. I've tried all the suggestions but I don't have a screen that can reduce refresh low enough to play.
