Re: Unable to Connect to Server (Spades HD)

I was able to play Spades until 2 days ago. Now it won't load on my computer but it will load on the computer in my office. If I can't load it at home I am concelling my membership.

    Hey there, @Sue0504. I'm just checking in. Do you still need help accessing Spades?

    Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves loading for you.

    • Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load.
    • If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
    • If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Spades HD, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

    I'll be happy to look into this for you. Are you getting an error message when you try to load the game on your computer? If so, what does it say?

    so what is the fix on this problem?  It worked fine for me last week now POGO server won't connect for Spades for the last 3 days?

    Apologies for the late reply. Are you still having connectivity issues with Spades?

    Have you tried the steps linked by EA_Arrenai?

    yes, I've tried everything. I still cannot connect to that server but I can connect to all the other games servers.

    @Gramma1,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I'm sure you have already cleared your cache, restarted your browser, and tried loading Spades HD once again.
    So, if you are still unable to load the game, can you please reply with the following information:

    1. Browser and version of browser
    2. Operating system
    3. Does Chat load in other single-player games?
    4. Are you unable to play other multiplayer games?
    5. Are you unable to play any other Pogo games?”

    @EA_Leeloo chrome Version 87.0.4280.88, Windows 10 (64), no chat in single player games??, I play jungle gin and canasta so I am able to play other multi player games, I can play all other games except Spades.
