Also having this problem. Classic method worked fine for the Daily Challenge early this week, but when I went back for the Weekly Challenge badge, it had the control arrows on the bottom with no mouse control. Also, when I played on the daily challenge, all I had to do to move the ball before throwing it was hover the mouse where I wanted the ball to be, then click to aim and throw. That is also not working now; instead, it's like the Tap Method. Kill the Tap-as-Classic and give us back the proper Classic, please.
Clarifying issue - After 3/23 game update, POGO Bowl using the Classic method of play no longer accepted Mouse input to curve the ball on devices that are hybrid touch/mouse input.
We're looking into the issue and working for a resolution.
