Right now, Solitaire Home Story is experiencing some glitches for some players. You could be enduring a glitch, but let's double check things on your side just to make sure everything is working properly.
First approach:
Have you cleared your cookies and flushed your DNS lately?
Have you turned off your router and let it set for 5-10 minutes to reset lately?
Have you updated your CAT Cable to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider?
Second approach:
Update Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly. (I personally suggest 12GB or more.)

🧱 If you are unsure how to check any of the above yourself, you can perform a search online and find a video to watch others guiding how to do this step by step. (this is how I learned and continue to learn - scary at first, just go slow and take your time with everything)
