Hello again, I answered your other posting as well.
Here's how to get help!
On the Pogo website: Click on the Community Button and then Click on Blog
The page below will appear and to the right you will find two options for help.
The first option, Forums will take you to the Pogo Forums to post your question.
The second option, HELP will bring you here.
Pick a suggestion that best suits your situation, if you cannot find one. I suggest the option of "I need help getting Pogo to work"
When you click on this option another window will appear and you will see a CHAT WITH US option, click on this and follow the steps after that.
Also, our EA Community Manager has developed a detailed guide for help, you can bookmark it for future reference.

This keeps happening to me also. I have tried to get the issue resolved to no avail. I have paid for the Season Pass in the new Pirate challenge, but I can't progress in the game if I lost my stars. This needs to be fixed.

I paid for the Season Pass, too. This is the first time I have purchased a season pass and the first time I have had this problem. I wonder if there is a connection.
