Hey folks appreciate you letting us know about this.
Just so I can clarify the special offer gets stuck loading and won't allow you to progress?
Would you be able to take a screenshot so I can see the exact thing thats happening? It will help when I pass it on to the team to be investigated.

The one time offer says loading but freezes and never loads. Restarting, trying a different computer with a different browser doesn't matter. It isn't working on chrome or silk browsers. ALSO, the new Christmas season pass keep giving me an error message that says the transaction can't be completed.
I'm not doing a screenshot. But the picture has a grey space, there is a runner that says "loading" and the green accept or purchase button is greyed out. The only thing you can do is hit the x to close out the pop up screen.
You all really need to test your game changes better before you launch them and make them part of a daily or weekly challenge!
