Solitaire Home Story

I enjoy this game but it is currently a mess.  I lost all coins earned due to the stupid valentines thing that kept freezing.  On game chat was advised that EA refused to refund coins due to their mess up.

AND I cannot figure out a way to chat with someone at EA.  The instructions are not useful and there is no easy way to just say HELP ME.  The chat is useless.  It keeps telling me it can't help and it can't find representative or agent or anything.  I have been on Pogo for years and it's been the same story.  Why can't they figure out a way for people to contact them???????

    I seem to be having pretty much the same issue you are having.  I have tried on multiple occasions to try and contact EA quite a few times and I have still not been able to get help.  This morning I used my gems to purchase the Valentine promo for Homestory right after winning 30 minutes of time when it froze so I lost those 30 minutes.  Today I went and tried playing it again and I am not getting any credit for streaks so I feel I have lost all those gems for nothing.
