I have been playing Home Story just fine for the last week or so. I had made progress through to about level 13 of the Easter track. Today, my Easter track reset for some reason. I thought, oh well, I'll earn the stuff again. I played for an hour or so, no issues. I decided to buy the 150 gem Bonus Pass. I made it through another 2 or 3 games when the whole game froze. I just get the blue "firework" like I've earned a prize, but no prize is there and clicking anywhere and everywhere does nothing. I have already tried clearing my cache and all the things. It is not working. Something is up with the Easter pack after you buy the bonus pass.

Buckley, that is exactly like mine and margaretR"s screen shot. I have been going back and forth for over a week trying to get this fixed. Did you buy that 150 gem backage also?
Yes. Played all last week without it. When the track reset me back to the beginning today I figured why not, I'll buy the bonus pass. Shortly after the game stopped working.
My user name is magretR and I am using an HP EliteBook, but have also used an HP desktop. I am using Chrome as my browser and I do not get an error message.
That is exactly what mine looks like also. It has been over a week and nothing.
I have sent youall the info that you have asked for. It has been over a week now and others are having the same problem. I have never been so frustrated!!!!!

Cleared Cache. Checked browser settings. Checked updates.
None of the suggestions helped.

This is in regards to a reply I sent around two, or three hours ago. So I went in to check the game as I have been doing throughout the day ever since this mess started. And found an even bigger mess.... The game took me all the way back to the beginning, & removed everything I should have received when I purchased the Season Activity Pass for 150 gems,, AND they didn't replace the gems I used to purchase the Season Activity Pass. Now, I am angry. I am on a fixed income and cannot deviate from my budget, but now I have to figure out what to do, & I have NOTHING to show for it!!! Please! Fix this. Give my gems back if you can't fix it. I have been with POGO since the beginning, & am a Club Pogo Member. I really enjoy Pogo games, & have no desire to leave. However, I cannot afford losses like this.

When will this problem be fixed? It's been weeks and still nothing. Yet, pogo continues to use the game for badges/challenges. Seriously?!
I am having the same issue. Started during the Easter event. The Easter event timer ended and it concluded. I watched the little wrap up dialog. Then it went right back to the purple sunburst "click to continue" frozen screen. I DID get my gems back. But I would love to be able to continue to play the game especially since you keep releasing badges for it.
