No I don't. I have been playing this game for a couple of months or more and have never had problems. I have not changed anything until I bought the package for this extra side part of game. It worked well for I believe 1 day and then bang it stopped with this problem. I'm really upset also because I spent the 150 gems and have not been able to play it for over a week and now the bonus section is almost over.
I am having exactly the same issue and it happened when I broke down and bought the stupid ticket for 150 gems.
