  • What Device are you using?
  • Which web browser do you play on?
  • Do you get an error message at all?

HP laptop

Microsoft Edge 

Blue pinwheel on screen. Game is completely frozen after buying the Easter Bonus. 

Cleared Cache. Checked browser settings. Checked updates.

None of the suggestions helped.
