I am trying to play Solitaire Home Story for the Jam-Packed Bingos. I have to say I hate this game. Anyway, I purchased the Easter bundle and now my screen is frozen. There is a burst of color swirling around the screen, centered on the stairs, and it says 'Tap to Continue'. Doesn't matter where I tap, the screen is frozen. I spent 150 gems for the extra specialty cards to try and finish this badge and can't do anything. What do I need to do?

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...

DragonTimes; Dell Inspiron 5758. I usually use Chrome, have also tried Edge. Tried restarting and clearing the cache. Nothing works.
WHEN IS THIS GAME GOING TO BE FIXED??? IT'S BEEN WEEKS AND I CAN'T PLAY. I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE BROWSERS AND DIFFERENT COMPUTERS, RAN THROUGH ALL THE 'FIXES'. I'M MISSING OUT ON PLAYING THE CURRENT BADGE EVENTS BECAUSE YOU WON'T FIX IT! ALSO, NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND OF THE GEMS FOR PURCHASING THE EASTER EGG BUNDLE. EITHER FIX YOUR BROKEN GAME OR GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE BADGES SO I CAN COMPLETE THE REST OF THE CHALLENGES. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF POGO FOR 13 YEARS AND AM CONSIDERING CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Yep, this is getting old. SOOOOO many of us have been unable to play since buying the gem pass for the Easter event. There have been at least 3 different challenges I've missed out on PLUS the 2 ACTIVE ones. And of course the newest event makes you do the challenges in order, so I can't move past the Home Story one (which is challenge 3). I'll be missing out on THOUSANDS of pogis. I have attached a screen shot of my game so you can see what it is still doing.
