I have never played Sweet Tooth Town before. Today when I went to play it for the weekly challenge I found I was only able to get to the opening screen. It askes me to click on a cupcake but I cannot see it. I am playing on a Chromebook 4 with the Chrome browser. I have flash and java enabled and pop ups blocked. I can play other games on Pogo just not this one for some reason. Thank you.

@ScarletCapeI am a volunteer helper, not an EA employee. This issue you are having could be due to some incompatibility between the game an your computer or version of Chrome. Sweet Tooth Town is an HTML-5 HD game, so Flash and Java are not applicable to it. I use Chrome all the time as my browser here because it seems to work with all the games I play. Check at the Google site to download the latest version of Chrome. Be sure to restart your computer after you download the latest version so it is fully installed.
Second, there might be some limitation with your Chrome Laptop that is creating a problem. Do you know if it had at least 8GB of RAM memory. You need that to run HD games smoothly at Pogo. If it has 4GB of RAM that might be part of the problem. Perhaps Sweet Tooth Town might be more of a memory hog than some of the other HD games here, which might cause it to push the limit of your computer's RAM memory. If you find you do have 4GB of RAM, you can try to do the best you can with it. Some games may work ok but others will not work properly. The other option is to find a computer with 8GB RAM or more.
Go to the main Pogo Help page and find the section called Compatibility Scan, then click on the button called "Scan Now". See what the results are and if you can make a saved screen print of it you can post it here for EA to review. Nevermind if it says Flash and Java are disabled. They are not relevant to this game.
