My Trivial Pursuit will not load passed 37%. Tried it different times and days it seems frozen

Tried 3 browsers and for the last week it will only load to 37% which is better than the 27% for scrabble.

@hasteopen445 Thanks for the screenshot, to confirm where you able to go through the troubleshooting provided above? If so could we also get the additional information requested at the end of my last post? (along with the browsers you've used)
