Trizzle freezing on the first move

 I have a brand new HP Victus laptop with Intel core I 5. I can't play Trizzle because the game always starts with the tutorial & after 2 moves it freezes up. How can I get rid of the tutorial start? I can't find anywhere to go directly to game play & skip it. I have no issues with any other game.

There is no way to turn off the tutorial, annoying I know. I'm almost to rank 50 and it still pops up every time I play. Make sure you keep clicking on the board until the tutorial is completely gone (like 3 or 4 times).

I have had the same problem for months and cannot find any help.  Now I can't play the last11 games in the Loves Aflutter challenges which makes me very unhappy.  I have tried all the suggestions  other players have suggested  to no avail.  I also cannot  find any way to get to technical support directly like you used to be able to do. I am home bound and Pogo is my main source of enjoyment.  I see through chat that the problem is not occurring with everyone..  I also have a problem with Poppit party that only some of us are having that it freezes on "ballooning'.  if it werw only 1 challenge I would lose out on I would not care as much but losing out on 10 more makes me very unhappy,

I can't get through the tutorial before the game freezes.  I've tried 3 different browsers. I played it with my old Dell laptop with no problems but the Dell bit the dust.  If there is a trizzle challenge I have to use my ancient desktop which is slow but at least it plays the game.  I have the tutorial turned off on the desktop so I know it can be done. The new HP is a gaming computer so I don't think that's the issue.

I played the game myself today, and yes, the tutorial opens every time at the beginning of every session you play. Not sure why you are having this problem, I would get a friend to look at your computer first, this is an odd problem. Even though your computer is new doesn't mean without flaws, so many things are made cheap and fast nowadays. 

From experience EA is not going to look into this unless many report this same problem, since others can play, they are naturally going to point back to your computer.

I cannot get past when I make first move Trizzle freezes. It has been doing this for months and I have asked several times for help

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

• Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
• Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
• Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
• Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
• Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
• Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

I followed all of the suggestions and I have been having the same issue for months. This problem has percisted across multiple devices, multiple browsers, and multiple internet providers.
