Regretfully, Trizzle is still having problems.

To help with the next steps, we could use some more information about your computer and your browser. Can you cut and paste the results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool into this thread so I can take a look?
For this issue, I'm primarily looking for the following information:
- Operating System
- Browser version
- Cookies Enabled
- Do Not Track

Hey there, @strshne420. Thanks so much for your compatibility tool results. It's super helpful.
I took a look and there's a few things we can try to get this running smoothly again:
- There's a new version of Firefox that you can give a try, to see if it improves loading and gameplay. 74.0. You can find more information here:

- Your display resolution is a bit low in comparison to the recommended resolution. It's recommended to have at least 1026 x 768 for Club Pogo members, and you show a resolution of 1093 x 614. This may mean that some of the game is trying to load outside of the viewable window. Does your screen have the ability to edit the resolution higher?
Please give those a try and let me know how it goes for you.

Well, I was successful at getting the latest Firefox...but, where would I look to change the resolution?

Hey there, @strshne420. Thanks for the update!
To update your resolution on Windows 10, please try the following steps:
- On your computer's desktop, right-click to bring up a menu, then select Display settings.
- A Settings window will appear, scroll down to below Scale and layout to find the Resolution setting. You can click the arrow to bring down the selection menu, as shown below.
Generally, the one marked (Recommended) is the best option for your screen. Your monitor, or laptop, has a "native resolution" which is what it was built around and will show the best image possible with.
Sometimes higher resolutions aren't possible based on the screen. Some much older monitors during the Windows XP era were restricted to 800 x 600. Monitors are starting to get more and more "HD", like TVs are, so as time goes on, the resolutions are getting higher.
If you are able to change the resolution and if you worry things are too small, browsers do allow you to use a zoom function (although not recommended for Pogo games), and Pogo Early Access games (including Trizzle) will always resize to the size of your window.

Before I say anything about my Trizzle issue, I must tell you this...you are the most wonderful person I've ever spoken to from a post for help. You are the 1st to truly listen to my needs for easy to follow instructions and that makes me SOOO happy! If I could, I'd try to get you a raise at whatever work you do!
Anyway, just got your resolution instructions. I will try my best to get to that today and reply to you. But, probably tomorrow.

So I'm a bit confused. When I got to the spot where my screen resolution is listed, it was already on the recommended 1366x768 numbers. So what happens now. And, last thing...can I simply come here when I have issues and write straight to you? If so, please tell me how.

Hmm, @strshne420, it looks like your monitor or laptop doesn't allow you to go any higher. That said, the number you said was for display settings is higher than the original 1093 x 614 the scan originally showed.
To double check, can you open the Options in Firefox to see if the Zoom level is at 100%?

Hey there, @strshne420. Thanks for the update.
The last thing I think may be contributing to the slowdown is perhaps your RAM. That's the short-term memory your computer uses to process things like games. It's something we didn't really touch on earlier, so I'd love to see what yours shows for you.
- Click on the Windows icon
- Type in RAM, and select the View RAM Info option
- Under Device Specifications, there will be a section that says Installed RAM. How much do you have shown there?

After clicking the windows Icon and hitting Get Help some silly virtual assistant popped up and there was no where to enter RAM. Uh oh?

When you hit the Windows button on the taskbar, just start typing without the "Get Help" part and it should pull up the search bar shown. 🙂

When I hit the Windows button, the apps menu pops up not a search bar.

That's correct. The search bar shows up after you start typing. When the menu pops up, just start typing and it will go into a search bar.

Have thought about trying a different browser? I use Chrome and have no issues.

I would second @Moogan1201's recommendation, just to rule out that it's a browser issue. Some players have had issues with Firefox as of late, so I'd like to see if Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge works better for you in this instance.

I uess it's a browser issue because trizzle worked great with Microsoft Egde.

- 5 years ago@strshne420 I noticed the game running super slow too, ever since the infamous tuesday "updates". My browser works fine, all the other games are running great. It's just this one game, and it drives me nuts. Can Pogo please look into this?

It sounds like your browser may be calling up old pre-update data. Please try clearing your browser cache, and then give the game another try.
