Trying to activate event badge

I have been trying for two weeks to activate an event badge but it keeps telling me I have reached the limit and try next week. Next week comes and I still am told I reached my limit. Today being Wednesday it should let me. I have attached a screenshot of the message. The badge I am trying to activate is for thousand island solitaire.
