Unable to load or play ANY POGO games

I have not been able to load or play any games since Saturday, May 10th. Every I go to POGO, I have to sign in.  I am very frustrated and may cancel my subscription.

    To start, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting and let me know how it goes. If you have trouble with any of the steps, let me know which one and I'll be happy to walk you through it.

Hey there, @buckies2.

I'll be happy to help! On the front page of Pogo.com, there will be a Log In button. Go ahead and click that, and then use the email address associated with your account in order to log in. 

Just to verify it's the correct Club Pogo account when you log in, once logged in, click on the avatar in the upper right corner. There will be a screenname listed. Is that the screenname of your Club Pogo (paid) account? You can compare this to the Pogo screenname on the receipt you will have received in email when your Club Pogo last renewed.

Hey there, @buckies2. I'm just checking in. Have you had any luck getting access to your Club Pogo features?

If you are still having a tough time getting into Club Pogo when you log in, I recommend reaching out to EA Help to see if there's a second free account you're logging into instead of your Club account.

To contact EA Help:

  • Go to https://help.ea.com
  • Click "Contact Us"
  • Select Pogo from the game list
  • Select PC or Mac
  • Select Manage my account > Can't log in
  • Click Select contact option
