Used gems to purchase energy in Merge Academy.

Took my gems but no energy was given. Has anyone else had this problem? I cant seem to find where to submit a complaint about it either.

Sorry to hear you've run into this issue.

Thankfully the team is aware and are working to resolve this for any affected players.

To help I'm going to ask you to confirm a couple things for us so we can send them on to the team to help with the investigation.

Could you let us know if you are playing on PC or Mobile?

If on PC can you let us know what browser you are using as well as what version the browser is.

If on mobile can you let us know if you are on Android or iOS.

Lastly could you let us know your Pogo username.
