Why can't I access my Mini Collection on POGO ?

When I try to access My Mini Collection on POGO, all i get is the page where I can design a "New Mini" that shows my current mini and NONE of the minis that i created in the past.  How do  I acces...

@dle1260 What device are you using to access Pogo? Mobile phone or PC???

I use a mobile phone. When I go to Minis I get a message saying... " Sorry, but mini's are only available on a larger screen sizes. Please expand your browser window or try a different device". So, o opened Pogo in Chrome Browser, went to the 3 dots and clicked on desktop site. I was then able to change my mini, but I could NOT find the saved mini's that I have had for years... If I can get a hold of a laptop, I will try from that to see what happens.

Thank you for the reply. I'm sorry, but i did not know that this was an open forum. I'm trying to get someone from POGO to call me and help me through this. I have tried ALL of the suggestions that POGO has sent to me over the past 7 or 8 months. NONE of them have worked.

I'm running POGO on a laptop computer that runs Win 7 HP SP1 x64. Any suggestions for me to upgrade to Win 10 or Win 11 will be ignored. I am on a VERY fixed income and can not afford to upgrade my equipment. 

The last thing I heard from POGO was that there was going to be an update to POGO that would make my Mini Collection available to view about September 5, 2022. September has come and gone with no further report from POGO, and STILL unable to access my Mini Collection. My POGO subscription will expire about January 15, 2023. If this problem can not be resolved by then I will let it expire WITHOUT renewal. 

I have read where others have the ability to access their Mini Collections with no problems. I would like to access mine, also.  Any helpful suggestion would be appreciated.

    @dle1260 I will be around a laptop in the couple of days. When I get on there, I will go to the mini section on Pogo and see what I can find out. Wish I could help more at this point, but unfortunately I don't have a laptop at my disposal. I will have to borrow my daughter's.

    @dle1260 So, I used my daughter's laptop and I could NOT find my saved minis at all. No matter where I looked.

    I am going to go to the library on Tuesday and use their computer to see if I can access my saved minis.
