Why can't I play Sweet Tooth Town

Game loads on my tablet and what comes up is a picture of streets, 2 cars going back and forth, a building in the center and if I click on it I get "under construction" and a message about the next "...

@EA_Illium I can play sweet tooth town only during a special event. The game continues to be under construction. Any suggestions would be great.
