Why is it so hard to get three stars in story quest.

Lucky Cat Bingo is not loading again.  It loads and takes my tokens but does not bring up the cards or numbers to play.   and why did you make it so hard to earn three stars in Story Quest? I'm a sen...

If you don’t get the green star for the scene the first time are you able to go back and retry until you get it?
