My regions which had 100% of services now needs my three powerplants updated to max and its still only a quarter of their needs. I missed submitting a challenge city this week because I couldn't upgrade power, water, sewer enough to submit. Unless this goes back the way it was ill drop my premium plus mayor sub because this is ridiculous and impossible.  Very poor rollout and planning.
