As related to your question related to “bugs” and fixes - I believe they give a strong effort to correct once clearly identified (but with what’s going on right now - school is still out). Since the introduction of the war games the updates have had missteps but eventually they worked their way through them...the latest update has been almost a week with many folks unable to access their city. I hope this addresses your question.
