I too have this very problem, and I also only use the game on one device, do not connect with Facebook or Google.
what is going on on how do we fix it without losing all of our progress???

Maybe they're getting hacked by players who are upset over the limit on selling war supplies 🤔
Update: I just restarted my device and tried to restart the game. Now I see error 60002.500.999. What????? I looked for a solution to this additional error and can’t find any solution, just a bunch of other users also complaining about it. I have an idea EA, how about you take responsibility for this and just fix the problem?!
Com on EA, this is ridiculous. If you people can’t fix this properly without me losing everything, then I want a FULL REFUND FOR EVERY PURCHASE MADE IN THE GAME!
