Any update? I have the same error and cannot play.
I am able to login to my city, however, everything is reset -- no money, no war cards, kicked out of my team, all my storage items gone, all my currency gone, all my war items gone, all experience and levels set back to 0. Only got a form letter response from EA so far. All the items I've purchased over the past year+ are also gone. This is now day 3 and nothing from EA in terms of resolution.

Did support fix the server error or did it go away on its own?- 3 years ago
It went away on it's own... every time I checked I had the option to "Quit" or "Contact Support"... the second time I attempted to contact support, I came back to the application and it loaded my city but with everything (except the buildings) gone.
- 3 years ago@hwsbrlfxqgre Ok, now the same thing happened to me. Lost my club and all of my progress. Very sad. I hope they can fix it or I might quit.

Mine is gone too. It was Minnie’s Place now it’s coming up with another name and says it attached to another account. Getting no help. I spent a lot of time and real money

Still nowhere here asked for a refund on mayors premium pass and was told no.
