90 hours waiting for customer non-service
I lost the ability to do any bonus assignments and lost all my golden tickets.. over 1500.... Now have been waiting for more than 90 hours for customer non-service to do absolutely nothing about it.....

Same here. Has happened twice this week w the bonus assignments. No help from the customer service either.
